In its last issue, IPCM magazine dedicated a report to Lodi S.p.A., a leader in the production and painting of components for agricultural machinery, to which Trasmetal supplied a cataphoresis and powder painting system.
The special feature of the system is the installation of vertical recirculation pumps that have two types of advantages: maintenance and energy; in fact, the positioning of the pump eliminates the need for flushing the seals, representing a considerable benefit for the customer.
Another feature of the new line design that the customer particularly appreciated was the simple and intuitive interface of the management software. Trasmetal makes this software in-house and structures it with a modular architecture that facilitates its interconnection with all other computer systems in the factory. The system allows remote diagnostics and control: all parameters are under control and events are recorded and available for subsequent analysis of production throughput or energy and product consumption.
Trasmetal is proud to have contributed to this innovative project and to have accompanied the customer in the transition from liquid to powder coating.
