Recently, Trasmetal reached another milestone by commissioning a vertical plant for iron profiles up to 4 meters in length for a prestigious Indian client. The plant consists of a continuous three-stage pretreatment tunnel (phosphodegreasing – rinsing – re-rinsing) with a final reverse osmosis ramp and an oven with a double chamber: one section for drying and the other for baking. The conveyor is also supplied by us; the plant also includes a loader and unloader with a 1-meter bench.
